A high proportion of parts sold are used in the oil and gas industry machined to the tightest tolerances from a wide variety of materials. Typical examples include:-
Phosphor Bronze and Aluminium Bronze rings and locking collars machined on SR32’s. The use of the JBS Guide Bush System accommodates these variable bar sizes into the sliding head machine allowing us to offer a competitive machining method for these materials along with other aluminium alloys such as HE30.
