The use of the Star SB range of machines is ideal for the competitive production of bone screws from titanium and 316L medical grade. The 9 axis Star SV32 allows machining of more complex parts for surgical instrumentation. High pressure coolant systems are used on these machines to allow drilling of very small deep holes at typical ratio’s of greater than 40:1. We also machine an extensive range of Peek products.
